FRIDAY"Houston We're Back!!"
Straight from Hobby Airport Dee Wells, Kwab & Young Lil took me to Premium Goods for the sneak peek of the Sports Rapp Live collaboration with Diamond Supply co. There we hung out with Dj Oakcliff, Premium Pete, Adam, Bun B & others before heading out to Toku Sushi for dinner. The food was good, Bun ordered different plates for everyone to try. One dish was a spicy kobe beef that was great. I also had their short ribs of beef & teriyaki chicken skewers. First day in Houston was already a good day and the evening only got better with Dj Oakcliff spinning at Carrington night club.
SATURDAY"There's No Sleep For Those Who Have Fun"
BBQS, BEACHES & BITCHES!!! Saturday was the Crooks & Castle pool party at the Hotel Derek. It's also the day the rest of crew flights arrived as we became 14 strong going through Houston. The Pool party was on point. Everyone came out rocking shorts, tees & crazy kicks. There were musical performances, Tex- Hawaiian food, 2 bars and a lot of sexy women. Crooks & Castle sold their official Pool Party tees. Two In The Shirt came through showcasing their shirts along with beautiful model Jessica Aka Miss Rabbit. She has a look guys & girls can appreciate plus she's cool & down to earth. Custom sneaker artist & painter Lauren Luna came through and brought along the Custom Ladies sexy model Thai Exotic
After we left Hotel Derek, we bought more than enough liquor for the hotel since everyone was coming back to my room in the Westin Oaks. After drinks & laughs, everyone headed to Club Carrington for a 2nd night of music by Dj Oakcliff. He keeps the crowd moving & waitress April keeps the Patron flowing. I'm not used to club closing at 2 a.m but it didn't matter. As usual we hit up a restaurant after the club before ending the night around 5 with drinks back at the hotel.

SUNDAY "Respect My Conglomerate"
STADIUM STATUS!!! The reason we all came to Houston. The H-town Sneaker Summit day is here. I'm glad it started in the afternoon, especially after the never ending night we had. This was my second Sneaker Summit and like before it didn't disappoint. We entered early to get pics of the vendors before the crowd enters. As usual, there displays of the hottest kicks of various brands in various sizes. If you were there to buy kicks or just browse, you were satisfied. Adidas set up a free photo booth for all to use. Two In The Shirt had table with shirts for sale and a chance to take pictures with the beautiful Brittany Dailey. SportsRappLive had a live stream going inside the Jack Daniels lounge. Bun B, OSD, Merrick (Two In The Shirt), Premium Pete, Brittany Dailey & Dj Tito were all guests. I especially liked the live stream because this was the moment Dee Wells, & Sean "Paper Chasr" decided to make me an official member of OSD. That was my Kanye to the Roc moment.
The summit came together nicely. Wonderful artwork, dj's playing throughout the event. V.I.P rooms, more than enough places to buy food and people from all over coming together because of a shared interest. What started out as a small event in a bar has grown to become 1 of the most popular & respected sneaker events in the country.
Once the summit ended, everyone headed back to their hotel to get ready for the Dub Frequency and Diamond Supply Co. "Diamond Life" official H-Town Sneaker Summit after party hosted by Bun B. Again, beautiful women, musical performances and an all around good time. Normally this would have been more than good enough to end a perfect weekend. Well not for the 20 of us to decided to head to the Dreams Houston. Sorry, no pics from that part of the night. Just believe me when I say we enjoyed ourselves & Maliah Michel is the TRUTH!!!
