SHOW IDEEZ

Thursday night, September 10th, New York City was one big party. Stores all over the city stayed open late to celebrate Fashion Night. Nike's 21 Mercer street store in Soho held an event for Fashion Night as well. Outside was an ice cream truck serving all the guests free ice cream while inside was 2 open bars and food being served. Guests networked, ate & took photos while looking around at items to buy. On site was complimentary customization of any AW77 hoody purchased. You were able to add different patches (up to 2) that ranged from various letter to patches with 1 of the 5 boroughs on it. Of course I had to get a hoody & have a Brooklyn patch sewn on. They didn't have the 2nd patch I wanted but will add that to my hoody later this week.

A highly regarded customer over at 21 Mercer designed an interesting Bespoke Air Force 1. Simple red & white colorway set off by the use of red twisted leather on most of the sneaker, suede heel tab and baseball contrast stitching.

Today Oct 30th, Nike released the Busy P Air force 1 at the Mercer st. store. People arrived at 7 for a wristband that allowed them later (4:30 p.m) to play pictionary against Busy P for a chance to purchase the sneakers. Majority of the people won, even those who lost were able to buy the sneakers after all the winners purchased pairs. Overall it seems like everyone had a good time and left with nice kicks. Busy P was rocking a pair of unreleased Destroyer Dunks while Dj Clark Kent had on the unreleased Krink Air Force 1's. A pair of Bespoke Air Force 1's were spotted. Not on anyone feet but check the last few pictures. Metallic silver 3M toe, Stone suede tip, dark grey suede lateral quarter panel, White 3m lateral foxing, infrared midsole stitch, clear midsole, infrared 3m tongue tab, infrared logo stitch on the heel tab, black patent back stay & white 3M medial quarter panel.

Monday, October 27th, Nike had an event for their ACG boot line. The event was invite only and everyone invited received a free pair of boots. Nike knows how to throw an event so there was complimentary drinks the alcohol was provided by Nouveau and music spun by the beautiful DJ Kiss. All the usual Sneaker Stars were present, Mayor, Got Kicks, Chadio and of course Clark Kent. Clark came through with a 1 of 1 Supreme dunk with an Air Force 1 midsole. Checkout the pictures below.
