My friend Paper Chasr finally sent me some pics on the X Men Nike iD he did last did. He gave me the story behind these gems as well.
The sneaker was done about 1year ago at a private event called Nike ID2U hosted by DJ Clark Kent (Thanks). In attendance at the event were also Dee Wells (Creator of OSD), Mayor (yeah that guy), and Justin Tuck of the "then Superbowl Champs" NY Giants, just to name a few of the very limited hand-picked guests. This sneaker is inspired by my love of the 1960's "Uncanny X-men" with a bit of the 1970's X-men (When they changed uniforms to a lighter blue. This sneaker is my Professor X (the Leader) in the series. I previously created an X-Men Series where I actually made an ID sneaker for all 10 of the "Original X-men (Including Ice-man). I used 9 different ID Models to create the series. This Air Force 1 was the only sneaker in the series that was ever created. But it may not be the last !!!
